1: Prices are subject to change based on demand.
 
2: I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
 
3: I reserve the right to post your finished commission in my social media/portfolio/etc. private commissions will cost a fee of 60% from the main price.
 
4: All drawings will include a subtle sign that you may NOT remove.
if you remove the mark you'll be blacklisted and other artists will be warned about you.
 
5: do NOT claim MY artwork as your own regardless of payment.
 
6: for crediting purposes, you can mention my discord tag (----) or Cara (@____) within the caption/description must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased!
 
                                         ✨:PAYMENT:✨
1: The currency accepted is in EUROS and can be paid through Paypal.
 
2: Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
 
3: Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
 
4: Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.
 
                                  ✨:PROCESS & DELIERY:✨
1: The time it takes to finish your commission varies 3 weeks - 4 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, etc.
 
2: Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. (If discord won't let me send your commission then your commission will be sent through Email!)
 
3: You acknowledge that I'm a digital artist and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.
 
                                  ✨:COPYRIGHT & USAGE:✨
1: Commission will be for personal use only.
 
2: You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit, etc.
 
3: Customer does NOT hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or training AI. Breaking this will result in blacklisting from me and possibly other artists.
 
4: Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand by the artist.
 
5: Artist will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
 
                                        ✨:REVISIONS:✨
1: edits can be made during the sketching phase, you have 2 rounds to do edit your commission.
1st round: 1 major change: Pose of the character, placement/substitute/change of the main big shapes/ideas/items, etc.
2nd round: 3 minor change: shape of the eye, small items, facial expression, hand gesture, colors, etc. All edits made after will be subject to additional fees. Minimum 5% from the main price maximum 10% depending on the changes and amount of them.
 
2: A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

                          ✨:CANCELLATION & REFUND PLICY:✨
❗❗KEEP IN MIND THAT REFUND IS IN ROBUX AND ONLY! ROBLOX POLICY HAS 30% TRANSFER TAX FOR BOTH SIDES ARTIST AND COMMISSIONER❗❗

1: The commissioner is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission. I prefer you come and talk to me if any problem occurs. Forcing a chargeback will result in a permanent ban.
 
2: If I no longer wish/cannot work on your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
 
3: If I do not get a response from you within a week the commission is automatically considered cancelled. Warning reminders will be sent 2 times in a week. If there is no refund request within the second week until Sunday (12 pm) I have rights to keep the funds for myself. You still can commission me but you will be in my queue until i find a slot for you, if ghosting will happen more than 2 times you will get permanent ban.
 
4: The kill-fee for canceling the commission,
sketch: 50%
Line-Art: 60%
Flat color: 75%
Shadow: 85%
The client then receives the work as it is.
